Viva Insurance Group is an independent agency in North Miami. We help South Florida families choose Medicare plans, life insurance, and Marketplace health coverage, in English, Español, and Kreyòl, at no cost to you.

Insurance in South Florida is noisy: TV ads, robocalls, and door-knockers promising everything and explaining nothing. Meanwhile, real decisions, which Medicare plan keeps your doctor, whether your family could keep the house without your income, get made under pressure, in a second language, or not at all.
We started Viva Insurance Group to be the opposite of that noise: a local, licensed agency that explains your options in plain words, in your language, and lets you decide. No pressure, no gimmicks, just an agent who answers the phone after you enroll, not only before.

- 1 You never pay us. Agents are paid by insurance carriers, and your price is identical with or without us, set by law. Our incentive is keeping you as a client for years, not selling you once.
- 2 We compare, not push. As an independent agency we represent multiple carriers, including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Mutual of Omaha, and Foresters, so the recommendation fits you, not a quota.
- 3 We explain until it's clear. In English, Español, or Kreyòl, and we put the trade-offs in writing so you can discuss them with your family.
- 4 We stay after the sale. Claims, billing surprises, annual reviews, a card that didn't arrive, call us, not a national hotline.
